     Karos Online is an upcoming fantasy MMORPG developed for NHN. The game features crisp, modern 3D graphics, more notable because of the game's small client size. Taking place in the land of Asmara, factions vie for the energy source Fletta, the life force of the land. The player's journey toward becoming the legendary Karos warrior is set against the backdrop of this ongoing battle.With a strong RPG component, wide range of class skills and fantastic visual combat effects, Karos Online offers a rich player experience and an exciting end-game for guilds, including castle sieges and resource control points. There are a variety of dynamic dungeons to explore, with shifting paths and surprises to challenge players as they progress in level. The economy is well-developed, with mining, fishing and crafting elements and a consignment system for storage.
     Karos Online offers rare graphical quality for its small client size, and will be accessible to a vast range of computers with minimal requirements. Featuring quests, solo and mass PvP (including castle sieges), a robust crafting and resource system and more ways to advance your character. One of these ways uses Fletta gems to advance skills, grant buffs or apply enhancements to items in a leveling system alongside more traditional methods.
     Karos Online distinguishes itself further with its dungeon types. These get progressively more difficult, and winning in one dungeon grants tickets to the next stage. The English version of Karos Online is set to debut along with the Korean version in fall 2009, with German and Turkish versions rolling out later.
    The start of open beta will also kick off a month-long build-up exercise for guilds that will run through the 31st of December. Guilds meeting the target criteria on the 31st will receive exciting prize bundles -- more details coming soon!
